Expectations: Athletes are expected to attend all tournaments unless previously excused.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting regularly scheduled practices, HVVC does not assume responsibility for rescheduling make-up practices. Such events may include, but are not limited to:
School closures due to NCSD schedule or events
Inclement weather
Facility issues or other emergencies
Multi-day tournaments that interfere with practice schedule
Tournaments requiring overnight travel are not included in the team’s regular schedule or season dues.
Decisions regarding participation in such events will be made at the team level in collaboration with families and coaches.
Any additional costs for travel tournaments, meals, or accommodations will be communicated in advance.
A 2025–2026 CEVA Full Junior Membership is required for ALL ATHLETES participating on a club team (tryout memberships must be upgraded upon team placement).
Required for participation in practices and tournaments. Non-refundable, even if your athlete doesn’t make a team.
